Basic Theory

Yogic and meditative practice is subject to more chicanery, flim flammery, confidence fraud and rip offs than just about anything I’ve run into. The simple fact is that a lot of charlatans exist in this business.

I can count murderers, rapists, cult leaders and worse amongst those people who had something and were good at it.

The truth of the matter is that these techniques will work for anyone, regardless of their personal behavior or ethics.

After many years of practice, I’ve come up with the following formula:

1. All yogic/meditative phenomena are grounded in the physical body. No mind body separation exists.

2. All real phenomena are repeatable given the proper technique.

3. If you do A, you get B.

4. Cognitive dissonance is the single biggest problem involving yogic work. If a phenomena violates your belief system too severely, you literally can’t even see what is going on.

5. Good teachers want their students to be better than them. They don’t keep secrets.

Anything that violates these rules indicates either the imagination is at play or someone is lying to you.

Come work with me. I want you to be better than me.
